I had a great experience working with Dream Realty as my realtor. Even though we had done a lot of research, our Dream Realty agent (Matt) knew Frisco and the surrounding areas very well and brought us some new ideas that we hadn’t found. He quickly gained an understanding of what we were looking for and helped target properties that would interest us.
The other thing that Matt helped with was giving us honest feedback about the houses we viewed. Matt didn’t just try to sell every house. He would give us his opinion on future resale value, importance of the location, etc. based on his experience. I definitely appreciated his honest feedback to assist in our decision-making process.

Dream Realty – investigated and keet an eye on this house (short sale). If you had not inquired when you did we would have missed the opportunity to Bid and Win the house from several other bidders. That was strategic for me….because this house was highly competitive due to the location and price of the house.
The other key strategy we used was to over bid for the house by $2,000 which allowed the bank to choice our offer over of the others. Our offer stood out and helped the bank choose our offer over three other couples who wanted the house. That decision was critical in our strategy to get this house.
